Login to your Online Self Service account at any time and hit the ‘Claims’ tab to start your claim.
Step 2
Give us some deets, such as date, time and what happened (upload pics to support your claim).
Step 3
Submit your claim and book an inspection with an authorised repairer.
What’s next? Check your inbox. We’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it and to discuss next steps.
Had an accident?
Get safe. In an emergency call 000. Grab the other driver’s details (inc. full name, residential address and rego).
Need a tow?
If your car isn’t safe to drive after you’ve been involved in an accident we cover, we’ll help organise a tow to our nearest authorised repairer. Call us 24/7 on 1300 230 601.
Get a claims update
Call us on 1300 116 257 to check up on an existing claim, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm Sydney time. Because our claims team are so specialised at the one thing, they literally won’t be able to help with anything else.

We roll with IAG, Australia’s largest general insurer with over 160 years of experience. This means we get access to one of the largest repair networks in the country.
Please note that for each repairer displayed on this site, we confirm we have a relevant interest in them meaning there is a financial, contractual, or other arrangement between us. All relevant interest in repairers can be reviewed online.
